This week’s astrology is historic. Saturn, the planet of structure, authority, commitment, and responsibility is entering Aries on February 13th at 7:12pm EST, after 3 years in Pisces. What makes this special is that Saturn will meet up with Neptune, the planet of spirituality, disillusionment, fantasy, and dreams, which is sitting at 0° Aries right now.

Aries is the Cardinal Fire sign— a trailblazing, risk taking, energetic & creative energy that drives us to start something new.

The last time Saturn and Neptune were in the sign of Aries together was 1705, which was the beginning of the Enlightenment period. This was the time when scientists like Galileo, Kepler, and Newton pioneered ideals rooted in reason, science, and progress. Enlightenment leaders knew that they did not have to live among the rule of old and outdated traditions even though they felt all-encompassing. They knew they could create a new world order.

Which brings us to today, where Saturn and Neptune are not just together in Aries, but coming together at the 0° point of Aries for the first time ever in recorded history. This point, of all 360 degrees in the zodiac, is the starting point. It is representative of the first day of Spring. The soul spark. The birth moment. The very first breath.

It’s time for our own Enlightenment.

We’re living in a world where we feel helpless to authoritative governments who’ve given up caring about people and massive corporations with Trillion dollar market caps, while hard working people barely scrape by. While Saturn was in Pisces, we felt like victims to these systems. When Saturn enters Aries, we become trailblazers for the creation of systems that actually benefit us.

This transit will break down the societal structures as we know them. Companies, governments, economics, and traditions will become totally disillusioned. This transit is giving us the ability to start over. To create a new way of doing things.

Don’t fear— this is the change we are destined for. This moment is also a time of serious spiritual commitment, with more resources for us to connect with the universe than ever before. It’s no coincidence that we are building Lora under this sky.
